Remote monitoring
Remote monitoring is incorporated within our standard Network Support option. Remote monitoring includes real-time statistical monitoring of all of the infrastructure hardware, this would allow Evertech Solutions Ltd to offer an improved level of service to provide a more pro-active support to the current health and issues within the network, bandwidth, utilisation, detectable errors, equipment failures and outages will all be monitored and recorded.

Configuration Protection
A valuable service that Evertech Solutions Ltd is pleased to also incorporate as part of standard onsite and remote support contract is configuration protection. Currently offered on Cisco, HP Procurve and some other selected hardware, this automated configuration backup facility for routers, switches, firewalls and Wireless Equipment adds an extra level of protection for unrecorded and historical changes made to your network equipment. Providing peace of mind for any replacement of faulty equipment can be provided the most 'up-to-date' configuration removing the capacity for human error. In addition Evertech Solutions Ltd can use this as a configuration change tracker for the assistance in troubleshooting issues that may occur following configuration changes.
